So, the marine railway has been problematic, for about a month, its old, so I try to be understanding.
I decided to give it some help. I greased the wheels with lithium grease. Bingo-bango, that sucker acts like it were brand new.
I always, thought there was no point b/c there are no bearings and no lubricating nipple.
Well, obviously, the grease helped and I found a perforation through the wheel and I think it is for oiling. Grease wouldn't get down this small opening but oil might.
The morale of this story ??? haven't a clue
