First hit this button:

next chose your file, and click on host it

you will then be taken to this screen:

use the middle one. click on copy - it will highlight the line. right click - select copy then past it into the message body.
boom... hosted inline pictures
one other note, the overlaying screen will stay until you toggle it off.
just click this button again and it will go away:

currently my desktop background is my dog in winter back oh say 6 years ago in nova scotia. i just think it's really pretty.

Funny thing is, my parents bought us those lanterns to hang around our hand rail. They decided to install them too. So while they were, I downloaded a copy of "patio lanterns" and blasted it out side while they were installing.
they got a good laugh out of it
